↩️Return & Refund Policy
You can request a return within 48 hours of delivery for the following reasons:
- Wrong item received
- Defective or damaged product
- Size or color mismatch from what you ordered
Return Conditions
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags.
- For defective/wrong products, an unboxing video is required for verification.
Refund Process
- Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to your bank/UPI within 3–7 working days after the returned item passes Quality Check.
- For COD orders, refunds are issued after we receive the returned product.
No Returns/Refunds for:
- Used or worn products
- Items returned without video proof (in case of damage)
- Products without original tags/packaging
🔄 Exchange Policy
You may request an exchange within 48 hours of delivery for:
- Wrong size delivered
- You want to change the size
Exchange Conditions
- Product must be in unused condition with tags.
- First exchange may be free depending on your location.
