📦 Shipping & Delivery Policy

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.
  • Once processed, your order is handed over to our partnered warehouse/wholesaler for dispatch.

Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time: 4–9 working days depending on your location and courier availability.
  • You will receive an SMS/WhatsApp/call from the courier partner when the order is out for delivery.

Open Delivery (Check Before Payment)

  • We offer Open Box Check for most pin codes.
  • You may open and inspect the product before paying to ensure:
    • Correct item
    • Correct size
    • No visible damage

Note: Try-on or wearing the product may not be allowed by some courier partners.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for most areas.
  • If COD is not available at your pincode, we will notify you before dispatch.
